Your wallet's credentials expire periodically. To ensure you are able to use the platform continuously, you need to refresh your credentials before they expire.

  1. Click on the widget and refresh your credentials early.

  1. You will be directed to Keyring where you can begin the refreshing process.

  1. Ensure you are connected with your master wallet, the wallet that completed the KYC/B onboarding.

  1. Allow a few minutes for the ZKP to generate.

  1. Update your credentials via wallet or relayer.

Wallet: Your credentials are updated directly from your wallet.

Relayer (Recommended): Your credentials are updated through a third-party address, the Relayer.

  1. Your credentials are now updated.
